LATAH and the Important of reading in detail

This is so funny when you live in Indonesia watching people have a disease called "latah". The symptom of latah is they reactively and repeatedly response everything that shock them. This video is an example. You can searching youtube or google with key "latah".

The first phase, lighweight phase is when people repeatedly response some shocking expression from people around them/him/her. I dont know why this can happen but i think they unconciusly do that. Friends or the people around them often shocking them, mischievous, to rising this "latah" till they got tired.  

The next phase is when people response with movement from shocking yelling and shocking movement. Just like hypnotized and the people still stay on that phase along their life. Can you imagine when they pick a gun and the shocking think is suicide yelling or killing people. Or the most simple when they are in the kitchen and take a knife. If some people shout "stab" and creature in front of him/her is finished. This is very very dangerous. What if this disease spread around the country? You can destroy a nation with a shocking yelling.

Unfortunately this disease have been spread around the world, especially in indonesia. The trigger is the title of the article of mainstream media or any kind of title they watch. More than half people indonesia do that and they are concious. The latah disease wake up not from their origin but from their laziness. People to lazy to read fulltext. Just like the expression : "dont judge a book by cover" or "dont judge people by their apearance" and they actually judge the book by its cover and people by their apearence.  

Some of news maker making news with bombastic title or negative statement with question mark. Then ordinary people with latah disease accept the title without the question mark and without the full text. Some people directly blame and the other agree and support without knowing what happen. 

Just like the latah man, you can make a country be a latah country with the press. And with this disease you can make a war. 

People are not stupid. They have their own skill and capability.

Some people easily call stupid to some person who cannot answer some question. The problem is the people that asking, we call it "the asker" never ask some question that people have . People are not have to know everything in this world to live their life. This is not an ignorance but nescience. People learn something for their need, some people for their urge. Not everything we should learn. This is the limit for people to be happy. Happy is one think we seek, isnt it? You could have a mountain of gold, but if you dont have happy it is useless. Maybe you call it happy but that is just pseudo happy.

This limitation is not make the people stupid, but to protecting. Just like the high of this atmosphere is the limitation of human cannot live out there. Just like the beach and the ocean, the natural sign that shows us to not live in the water. We cant live in the water like fishes. Just like the mind of human that we cannot read. Can you imagine how hard people who heard every sound the mind of people he meet? Can you hold the yelling of milion people mind in your head?

Nevertheless we cannot deny that knowledge and science is important. But we have to realize that people have their own capability. Just like birds can fly swiftly, fish can swim smoothly, horse can run so fast and human cannot do that without tools or machine. Everything in this world have their own purpose on their creation. Insulting on that is like shooting the air. Useless. Every insult or bully just make us like a scum. We pollute our own heart and actually it is just like we insult our self. 

Another first post

genop is my first blog. It is abandoned for years 😎. I have another blog that have different taste so maybe this blog is not give me bigger place to move anymore, i think before. But i realize english is not my main language. It is better to use this blog to place my english word.

Forgive me, im so sorry to people who lost in here. Reading my article may iritate your mind. So i tell you again, i am using this blog to practicing my bad english.

I study english from primary shcool until now, more than 10 years, but cannot write and speak english well. As if (this term i translate from bahasa to english with google translate) i never learn english. Maybe because i am so stupid or bad education system in my country, Indonesia. From primary school to highschool we study many of subject, too much. Sometime i confuse why i have to learn that subject rather this subject. It is so hard to study something without desire, a good motovation. But actually i love to study many kind of subject. Unfocus, this is the problem.

Any way, maybe it is enough to put my first post since long time ago in here.
